Our guide was knowledgeable, showing us all the wildlife along the way.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

Best of all, I liked the people running the establishment - very professional, corteous and willing to do anything to help. The location is very good - a short walk to the waterfront and an easy drive to everything else. Pvt parking facility for rented cars. The room was modern and clean. The rest of the hotel was very nicely designed. Large hearty breakfast to start the day was provided. Nice small pool and poolside and rooftop loungers for people who want to hang out at the guesthouse. Would highly recommend it.
One small gripe. The airconditioning in the room was located in a position that the cold air was blown directly at the face while sleeping despite manipulating the settings. This was an issue for me as i suffer from sinusitis. We were in room Barbella.

Good location close to V & A waterfront.
We did not like that the bathroom and sleeping room are 1 unit. Open bathroom and toilet in your room. A lot of staff to talk to

We had a lovely garden room, which led straight out to the pool. The garden rooms are small but better than a cabin on a cruise ship. The other rooms look much larger. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unexpected pool adventure
We were welcomed with warm smiles and a stunningly chic room. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with delectable pancakes that were lovely!
The pool was out of use for our first couple of days. It's a letdown when you expect a refreshing dip after a long day of sightseeing.

The double room was modern and airy with marble floors, bathroom, as for instance. We had a tasty and delicious breakfast with cheese and every taste, as for instance, could find something for everyone❤👌
Cannot find any fault.

The Classic King Room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the design-felt really cozy and inviting. The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get up! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had great amenities, and the staff made sure to help with anything I needed. Definitely a chill spot to rest after long days out.

Everything is five star plus! Atmosphere, location, service, rooms, breakfast, the whole staff. The general manager Illana has created a small and well run 70's design hotel that is unique. And she herself is unique, giving you as guest a feeling having a second home. I strongly recommend Villa Zest, it's really value for money.

Very stylish, modern hotel in a good location for a city trip. Relaxing setting and very modern garden/pool area.
Not sure about the lack of the door on the toilet if there is more than one person in the room.
